Yesterday, following a whirlwind of interviews and test “walkies”, we brought home our new son, Frankie, from Barkin Rescue.
He’s 8, which is slightly shy of middle-age for a poodle, even tempered, calm and cute as a lamb.

Frankie is adorable! Makes me want one too. Maybe in the spring. Read all the info on your blog. It's great. I'm going to check out Robin's now. Had a little panic situation this morning after trying to reach Jess for the 10th time in Egypt and getting a recording of a woman speaking the native language. Needless to say I didn't understand a word. Fortunately I checked e-mail a few minutes ago and Jess had left a message saying her phone card had run out of money and she wasn't getting a new one until they arrive in Stockholm on Sunday. Kids! No idea the torture they put us through at times, especially when they're a world away. Big breath! Take care and can't wait to see you December 8th. Hi to the kids, Sherry
